Chinese Noodles

Main Course – serves 4 people

We make this tasty dish on a weekly basis as it is quick and easy to prepare and is also a good lunch to bring to work and reheat in the microwave.

 

Ingredients

  • 1½ teaspoon of Satan’s Sweat or Chilli Pepper Pete’s
  • Red Naga Headhunter
  • 1 packet of ready-to-wok noodles
  • 500g beef steak cut into strips or chunks
  • 1 packet of spring onions
  • 2 tablespoons of Soy sauce
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, sliced or crushed
  • Ground ginger
  • Any vegetable you want (we usually put carrots,
  • peppers and broccoli)

1. Start by heating up a bit of oil in the wok and fry the beef. Add the chopped vegetables of your choice and cook until tender.

2. Add the garlic and a teaspoon of ginger as well as salt and pepper. Add some soy sauce and a teaspoon or two of Hot Headz Satan’s Sweat or Chilli Pepper Pete’s Red Naga Headhunter.

3. Add the sliced spring onions and ready-to-wok noodles and cook for a couple of minutes. Add a bit of water or more soy sauce if the dish becomes too dry. Serve immediately.


 

Little tip:

You can also add a tablespoon of rice wine to give this dish a more exotic flavour. Pork or Chicken can also be used as an alternative to beef.
