Main Course – serves 4 people
| We make this tasty dish on a weekly basis as it is quick and easy to prepare and is also a good lunch to bring to work and reheat in the microwave. |

Ingredients
- 1½ teaspoon of Satans Sweat or Chilli Pepper Petes
- Red Naga Headhunter
- 1 packet of ready-to-wok noodles
- 500g beef steak cut into strips or chunks
- 1 packet of spring onions
- 2 tablespoons of Soy sauce
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, sliced or crushed
- Ground ginger
- Any vegetable you want (we usually put carrots,
- peppers and broccoli)

1. Start by heating up a bit of oil in the wok and fry the beef. Add the chopped vegetables of your choice and cook until tender.
2. Add the garlic and a teaspoon of ginger as well as salt and pepper. Add some soy sauce and a teaspoon or two of Hot Headz Satans Sweat or Chilli Pepper Petes Red Naga Headhunter.
3. Add the sliced spring onions and ready-to-wok noodles and cook for a couple of minutes. Add a bit of water or more soy sauce if the dish becomes too dry. Serve immediately. |

Little tip:
You can also add a tablespoon of rice wine to give this dish a more exotic flavour. Pork or Chicken can also be used as an alternative to beef.
