Our last order date for UK orders will be the 19th December (final shipping in the a.m of the 20th) please order early to avoid late delivery of any chilli christmas gifts you order.
Our last date for delivery outside the UK is the 9th December, we will continue to ship orders until the 20th but royal mail say these will most likely be delivered after Christmas.
UK Mainland Delivery
All orders under 2kg will be sent using the Royal Mail
All orders are dispatched between Monday and Friday, so if you order over a weekend your order will be dispatched on the Monday
We aim to dispatch ordered within 24 hours of receiving them and we will contact you if there are going to be any delays.
Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery (within the UK), as after we have dispatched your order it is in the hands of Royal Mail or our designated courier

Mystery Box Delivery
Each mystery box regardless of its type and price will be posted to the UK for £5 and to the rest of the world for £9. Cost of delivery on this item is not based on the amount of products contained in each package.
Non UK Delivery
For delivery to anywhere outside of mainland UK please see the delivery costs below, orders will be sent using the cheapest method of delivery at our disposal.
**For some orders this means they will be sent using standard surface mail postal services and delivery times can be up to 12 weeks.

We offer free delivery to all mainland UK orders if they are valued at over £75.
Availability of Products
All the items that we sell are subject to availability, we do out upmost to make sure all items are in stock and will inform you ASAP if there are items from your order that are not available.
Cancelation of Orders
Cancelation of your order can only be undertaken if your order has not been dispatched, we can only accept order cancelations via email, or letter. If your order has been dispatched prior to your cancelation then please follow the returns policy below
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase then please inform us within 7 days and we will refund the price of the item(s) on receipt of the returned items, we cannot refund the postage in the instance.
In the unlikely event that any of the products that you have purchased are broken or faulty then please inform us immediately so that we can replace or repair them in accordance to your statutory rights. We will refund postage on any items that are faulty on arrival.
When you are posting anything back to us please obtain a proof of posting certificate, as the good remain your responsibility until we receive them.
