Three ingredients are enough to make this chilli jelly: Bramley apples, sugar and three shredded Naga morich chilli peppers per jar.

Of an alluring dark golden colour this chilli jelly which some people consider to be more of a marmalade will last you as only a spoonful is enough as a glaze for a whole roasted chicken.

The flavour is amazing though and an absolute treat to those partial to the famous naga chilli pepper.
