The Wiltshire Chilli Farm's Coffee Spiked BBQ Sauce

Some of you might be slightly taken aback at the idea of having a BBQ hot sauce with coffee in it but Wiltshire Chilli Farm is always keen to push the boundaries whilst providing us with sound traditional chilli sauces such as Smoky Chipotle or their range of amazing chilli jams.

This BBQ sauce has got all the ingredients to make it a winner: tomatoes, onions, molasses and a touch of cider vinegar. The naga chilli pepper is used to create a moderate heat that is very delectable but not overpowering. The coffee is not noticeable in the smell of the sauce but settles in pleasantly towards the end of the tasting experience, creating an unusual effect that truly delights the senses. We haven’t stopped using it since we got it and it was actually the first Wiltshire Chilli Farm’s hot sauce to be gone shortly after opening!
