Another great chilli pepper originating from the Caribbean, more specifically the Bahamas. The shape is reminiscent of a mini pumpkin due to its links to the Scotch Bonnet but has the heat level of a Habanero with 300,000 SHU on average. This is one you should eat raw in order to enjoy its true flavour but it is also fantastic cooked, especially in Mexican food.
